  • After you submit, remember to follow up with your manager to ensure they complete their online form. It is your responsibility as the nominee to ensure your manager and manager +1 complete their forms within the timeframe provided.
  • Once your manager has completed their online form, your manager + 1 will need to endorse your nomination.
  • All data collected in this form is used for the calibration and selection of participants, and to create participant profiles for those who successfully enter the program.

Is your salary package within the per annum range $131,848 to $178,849? Please note salary package includes employee contribution to superannuation, and leave loading.* - required

Guidance: It is expected that the minimum requirement for entry into the Leadership Academy’s programs is 12 months at your current level or equivalent. 

Ongoing employment* - required

Guidance: This program is a significant investment in your development. As such, only staff employed on an ongoing basis are eligible. This information will be verified with your HR department.

Term employment* - required

Your GEN will be used to create your login and profile for the Leadership Academy online learning platform. If you do not remember your GEN, you can locate it in your  Identity Hub profile. Availability

The NSW Leadership Academy is seeking nominations for the next four intakes of the Leading Managers program.

  • Intake 6 and 7 will run concurrently from August 2017 to April 2018
  • Intake 8 and 9 will run concurrently from February 2018 to August 2018
