Leading an Agency is a cross-sector initiative for high-potential NSW public sector Deputy Secretaries (and equivalent Band 3 Executives) ready to make a successful transition from leading executives to leading an agency. The program is aligned to the Secretary and CEO Leader Success Profile.

Focused on attaining the leadership characteristics needed at the next level, this 12-month program incorporates: specialised networking events; a personalised development plan; executive coaching; executive education; and opportunities for mentoring and secondments.

The Leading an Agency program is for Senior Executives at Band 3. Participation is by nomination and selection.
