- Ensure you have an updated copy of your CV ready to upload as either a Word document or pdf file.
- This form cannot be saved prior to submitting. Save your long-form answers in a Word document to ensure content is not lost.
- Allow plenty of time to complete this form. We recommend one hour.
- Scroll down the page first, to gain an idea of what questions will be asked.
- After you submit, remember to follow up with your manager to ensure they complete their online form. It is your responsibility to ensure that your manager completes the form within the timeframe provided.
- Once your manager has completed their online form your nomination will be complete.
- All data collected in this form is used for the calibration and selection of participants, and to create participant profiles for those who successfully enter the program.
